Summer 2008 Off-Campus Interim Storage Price List and Links

The following information is for students living in off-campus housing this summer who are either departing after finals in mid-August and will be returning to a new room in the fall or have left your belongings in an apartment that needs to be vacated before your new apartment is ready for move-in. The price below includes pick-up, storage during the 2-3 weeks while you’re away, and delivery to your new apartment.

We can deliver boxes and tape ahead of time but you don’t have to use our boxes.

Fragile items such as TV’s must either be in their original box with inserts or packed by us in order to be insured.

If you need us to pack up your apartment, the charge is $100/hour plus materials. This is for two men with a two hour minimum.

Standard box up to 50 lbs up to 18" x 18" x 24" $30.00

51 to 70 lbs up to 18" x 18" x 24" $45.00

Oversize box up to 50 lbs up to 25" x 25" x 25" $50.00

51 to 70 lbs up to 25" x 25" x 25" $80.00

Heavyweight box 71 to 100 lbs up to 25" x 25" x 25" $1.50/lb.

The cost to insure a parcel once it is in our possession is $1 per $100 of insurance (e.g.: to insure a parcel for $1,000 would cost $10).

The default value per parcel is $50 if additional insurance is not purchased.
