John’s Pack & Ship is once again teaming up with the Musiker Discovery Program in order to make your student’s arrival and departure from the University of Michigan campus as smooth and easy as possible.
We offer safe and convenient move-in and move-out services.
You can ship your student's belongings to us via UPS, USPS or FedEX and we will receive your boxes, up to two weeks before the scheduled move-in date, and deliver them right to the student's room. They check-in, get their room key and all the shipped belongings are there wait for them to unpack.
For those moving in on June 26th, boxes may be shipped to our facility as early as Monday, June 13th but be sure they are here by Thursday, June 23. If you're shipping from NY, get them out no later than Monday June 20 via UPS. Students arriving for the two week session that starts Sunday, July 17th can ship boxes for delivery starting Tuesday, July 5th.
If you need boxes for shipping belongings to us you'll have to buy them locally. Unfortunately we can't ship empty boxes to you in a cost effective way.

You must do both.
During move-out, we set up a packaging and shipping station right in Markley Hall at the end of each session. Boxes and packing materials, custom packaging of large or fragile items and UPS shipping services are all available. The station is set up in the hall lobby prior to your student’s departure. The Muziker staff will announce the location and hours of our services to the students and be sure they have time to pack. The student can use the same credit card you put on file with us for the return shipment.
We also offer same day laundry service while the student is here. One day each week we pick up the student's laundry bag (we provide) from the lobby. The laundry is washed, dried and folded, and the clean clothing is returned later that same day.
