late arriving package options

If your box doesn’t get to us by Aug 8th, don’t panic! We will still accept delivery.

But, we begin making the in-room deliveries on Monday, 8/11. Each building has a set date. And once we put packages in that building, we’re not allowed to reenter.

So if it doesn’t arrive in time to put in your room, you have three options:

1) Pick the package(s) up from our office @727 W Ellsworth Suite #5, M-F 8:30am-5pm, Sat 9am-1pm ( about 8 min from campus, near Costco).

2) If you need it as soon as you arrive we can deliver up to 3 boxes to your room right away ( within 90 min). Call us once you're in your room so we know you'll be there when we arrive. Cost: $100. We can only book this service once you’ve checked in to your new room.

3) If you don't need it right away, call us after you arrive and we will deliver up to 3 boxes sometime in the next 24 hours at our convenience. Cost: $50. Again, we can only book this service after you’ve arrived in Ann Arbor.

An additional fee of $10 is added to the receiving and delivery charge for each late arriving package.
